Yes. Please review the position's requirements before applying to ensure you are eligible.

I don't think I have a "clean driving record" according to your requirements. Can I still apply for a position?
If you do not meet the "clean driving record" criteria as described, you are not eligible for employment here. MDM Rubicon, Inc. requires all applicants to submit an official copy of his/her driving record before we start any training. No exceptions will be made.

I submitted an application to MDM Rubicon, Inc. What happens now?
After you have submitted an application it must be reviewed to ensure you meet the requirements for employment. If the Recruitment Office determines that you are a qualified applicant and there are positions that match your availability and experience, you will be contacted to schedule a phone screening or to come in for a screening interview.

Can I call to follow up on the status of my application?
Due to the high volume of applicants, the Recruitment Office is unable to return calls in regards to the status of your application.

I've completed a screening interview at MDM Rubicon, Inc. What happens now?
Your application will go through another review process. If there is a position that matches your experience and availability, your application will be referred on to the hiring manager for that position. If he or she feels that your experience may be a good fit at a site with an opening, s/he will contact you to come in for a second interview.

I've already been in for a screening interview and a formal interview but I haven't heard back from the Site Program Director yet. What's the hold up?
MDM is fortunate to have a large number of extremely qualified and experienced applicants for each position and it may require some extra time to ensure the best applicant is selected. Additionally, it is possible that the position you interviewed for has been hired for internally. If it is determined that you are not the most qualified applicant or that the position is no longer available, you will be informed via email or US mail.

How long does the whole process take?
Because the safety, happiness, and overall well-being of our service recipients is our highest priority, our hiring process is very thorough and lengthy and may take several weeks. There is no need to follow up on your application.
