MDM Rubicon, Inc. was formed in 1993 out of a vision for providing opportunities to individuals with developmental disabilities and serious mental illnesses to live successful and fulfilling lives in the community. That vision continues today through the operation of 17 group homes and in-home services in Woodbury and Oakdale, MN.
